  • Great job! I need to show this video to my 9 year old, her level 6 routines don't look quite that good. (but I would never tell her that) We only train 9 hours a week here, even my level 9 daughter only gets 9 hours a week.

  • Thanks for the comment. We came from a gym that only trained around 6-12 hrs. It does make a difference with the extra hours.. Her rountines look so much cleaner. There is alot more time for conditioning which I think is important.

  • 9 yrs old? well, she is on her way to great things! has she reached level 7 yet? i see she was last at level 6. i used to coach but since retired. but, she's got loads of potential.

  • oops.. deleted you last post on accident... they do conditioning everyday for 1/2 hr after practice and on saturdays they run before practice.

  • Great routines as always, good to see she is going to go to 7, we are doing the same thing, she has been training 7 since April, will do one meet as a 6 in November and then start competing as a 7 in January. She is 12 and trains +- 20 hours a week and would love to do more ! Keep us updated !

  • this is really good! i was going 6 then I bocked on my backwalkover & i wont even go for it by myself on floor beam.

  • no prob. happens. lol

well, all that conditioning has definitely paid off. her routines are very polished and her muscle tone looks great!

  • she trains 21 hrs a week give or take..but has always had great muscle tone.

  • well, from the looks of her routines, she should have no problem making level 7. what does her training consist of??? she looks very fit.

  • she has her floor and beam routine for level 7. She will finish Level 6 in October.. and then December hopefully go straight into 7.
