Can you download a whole package and install as exe file....so you dont have take each icon???

Yes, you can Download a Whole Icon Pack. But you can't install them, you need other software to do that. I made a video on how change the Drive icons. You will need other software to change icons of Programs and such. You can change a 'Shortcut' icon though.
