@cherri7 Roti was originated in india, but was bought with the the trini indians long long time ago, and trinis made their own twist on the roti it thats why trini roti is better than indian naan which is hard, and ours is soft an fluffy, doubles thats a trini ting we invent that. so basically trini roti and doubles r indian influence from us trini indians, like me, now everyone makes it blacks, white an spanish in trinidad
