He was also--like Whitley Strieber--obsessed with ancient Rome and a believer in time travel. Here, Tessa Dick, Philip K. Dick's wife shares her reminiscences of some of his experiences, including journeys through time that are startlingly similar to some Whitley has described. This is an altogether fascinating look into the life of a remarkable visionary and experiencer who lived at the far edge of reality--just like the man doing the interview, Whitley Strieber. ------------------------------------------------------ "Philip K. Dick's Reality" - - by Tessa Dick - - (Tessa Dick was the late science fiction writer Philip K. Dick's 4th wife. Dick's most famous book is probably "Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep" published in 1968, which was made into the film "Blade Runner." Note that he also had "visitors.") -- -- One of the last substantial conversations that I had with my husband Philip K. Dick entailed a synopsis of all the speculation in which Phil had engaged since his visionary experience of 1974, when he saw the world of ancient Rome superimposed on the landscape of southern California. Phil agreed with Plato that we see only the shadows on the wall of the cave, and not the real objects which cast those shadows. Those real objects, the archetypes, stand outside of space and time, but occasionally they bleed through and some people catch a glimpse of them. Thus, the Rome that he saw was not, strictly speaking, the Roman empire of early Christian times, but an archetype of that kind of reality. Hints of these philosophical ideas can be found throughout Phil's writing, even in works from before he experienced the visions. He always suspected that we have made some kind of Faustian pact, that we agreed to live, suffer and die in this illusory world. Thus, when a character tries to purchase a cola from a vending machine, he might find himself in an empty room holding a piece of paper on which the words vending machine are printed. The visitors who came to Phil showed him alternate histories stacked like dominoes above our time line, in what he called "orthogonal time"a time and space perpendicular to our own, where we cannot perceive them any more than the point in Flatland can see the sphere who comes to visit him. He sees only the circle that appears in his flat world when the sphere passes through. Those visitors seemed to be moving chunks of alternate history and dropping them into our time line, trying to achieve a result that would satisfy their goals. They sometimes leave behind artifacts, which might explain why many ancient societies which we have labeled "primitive" left evidence of advanced technology, including electric light bulbs and flying machines. It would also explain records of ancient nuclear war, such as we find in the Vedas. The time travelers, or time meddlers, sometimes enter our reality to observe us, and they appeared quite shocked whenever they realized that Phil could see them. They did occasionally communicate with him. They claimed to come from a time that is neither the past nor the future, but outside of our time. Phil most often thought that they were humans, not aliens, but genetically altered in some way. He felt that they wanted to help us avoid some global disaster that happened in the 1970s and which negatively affected their world. The longer I live, the more I see that this world is not quite real. To some extent, we have distanced ourselves from reality with our technology, but the illusory quality goes deeper than that. Some things simply do not make sense. I'm meaning - there's no need to force everyone to leave their bodies or whatever at the same time. That's like factory-farming - harmful, un-natural. As long as the lower-chakra stuff is covered in harmony with nature, it's fine to have structures in place - as long as nobody is forced into being part of them if they don't need routines, ever, or just not on that day etc.

@theduderinok2 - I know for a fact for example, from different quarters including offline (no links to online anything), that there are a lot of people who think they know me and think I have told them all kinds of things etc - and we've never met, or never discussed any of the stuff they say happened.

They seem to control others that follow them by feeding them 3rd-eye info and faking the sources of the info. Like keep them in an astral delusion, which furthers any BIP hold on reality.

@theduderinok2 - might be related - that guy that copies me all time too was copying some of my and others comments and using them at their many many many channels (as usual, yawn) - what jumped out about it though is they mix in the comments with other comments, ones I would never convey, and they do shit like use my real name as if they are me! So it looks like the usual concerted effort to associate certain folks with opinions they don't really have.

At the end of the film AI - those are kinda like Visitors too. They're in the part of the 'recording' (the torus, this timespace, the 3D record) that isn't all scratched and can't be played properly, that's why they say to the kid about the missing info they don't have about his time.

See how in the Matrix films, how they access the more faked reality - that's what the Visitors & VALIS are doing when they access this one.

I say 'more faked' cause technically to be involved in this necessitates that you buy into that what's going on down here is indeed going on, which it clearly is to some degree going on, so you have to maintain the knowledge that it technically shouldn't be able to have happened.

Otherwise the trap'll peg you as a hero or try to pull you into acting out etc

'Harming nature prevents it' - I mean that the more the sacred Earth (or any other planet..) is harmed and altered, the more difficult it gets for your soul to dock into your body correctly.

That is the mistake the older more-in tune civilisations made, as they changed too much here and that basically saw them replaced by incompetence that runs things now a lot. You're meant to wait til you can manifest 'rock' etc yourself if you wish to build things, not move them from where they should be.

Visitors are like machine elves as well, those being identified (not just by McKenna) as souls or dead-people, the point being that (like what 'wingmakers' are described as being) - they do not die. That whole false separation of body&consciousness etc doesn't affect areas of spacetime or beyond spacetime, that are not trapped / artifiically controlled like this one is justnow.

What real martial arts is accesses that, your soul docks in with your body correctly. Harming nature prevents it.

The 'Romans' are really part of the same beings as the Annunaki and the likes of them. Anything that builds big structures, usually out of rock, and aligns them geomantically, is from that same thing. They are not really present in that form in this time now, hence why any (new) alignments are sparse and hidden, and no-one designs things holistically anymore who are part of the main power structures.
