Saying Romney is smarter than Brownback is like saying I'm a better footballer than my 6 year old niece. There's no contest there. Brownback is a moron. He's about a half step removed from the clowns who branded adulturers with a Scarlet 'A' and had "witches" burned to death. He barely walks upright.
