These are "elevated, dynamic bent over barbell rows with chains" and "weighted push up dips".
I have a separated left should injury and recently found these push-up Dips not only hit my chest better with this form, but they cause far less pain and discomfort from the injury.
At my age I have no particular goals (or delusions) of making much progress, but maintaining what I have is somewhat of a progressions since most are regressing.
Hi Gene,
Thanks,

The injury is an old Cycling Crash injury and I rehabbed it well, but on some exercises it causes discomfort/pain so I adjust to be more comfortable.
These push-up dips also hit my chest better than standard dips due to the angle which I can control via knee bend and body stiffness.
