It has the newer K5LLA (?) that is used on all new GEVO's. I don't think it is sick or out-of-tune.

Believe me, I know all of that. They turned a couple NS units on the W&LE wyes when we were there. I had just missed the capability of getting shots of them though. :)

correct, that is center street. WLE's tracks split as they come into Bellevue. On connects to the NS line going northeast into the yard where you got that shot, the other connects into the NS line southwest, just before the southbound line to Columbus and the westbound line to Fostoria separate
