its 4:00 am when i made this video. so i didn't get 14 reps like i wanted to and i got a broke finger i am about 5"10 and i weigh 165 atm...........i got weigh on my wrist to make them 90 pound dumbbells......i already did chest today. but i usually can do 4 sets of 14 reps with 90 pound dumbbells reason i didn't make the video early bcuz i didn't have a camera now i do
