Someone gave me a 37 Stovebolt today for free, I am really hating this butt fugly pointy grill. Its really pissing me off. Staring at it, I'm about to the point where I want to hack the whole thing off and replace it with something that looks like a 33 Dodge grill. Nice fenders that flare out like a flower petal, with a gorgeous Model A looking grill. Seems like after 37, the grills started getting uglier and uglier, year after year.

I know. Stupid previous owner. Current owner doesn't care, she just likes to drive it. I'm sure whoever she sells it to will at least put a Ford motor back in there.

yes, it's a '39. I learned to drive on a '39 many years ago. VERY nice truck, thanks for the memories

It is a '39 as many people have said. But, it was purchased in '38 and registered as a '38. Owner still has the original financing paperwork.

NO DOUBT. The second owner put the 302/Auto in there. Ther current(3rd) owner is a female who likes the fact that it's VERY easy yo drive.
