Hi I just got the mki9200 and don't seem to be able to access the artists/albums etc in music like I've seen in other clips. I can only access them through my iPhone screen...any ideas?

@moonlandingwasfake This is not normal. I suspect you have a duff connector in the bottom of your iPhone. If that is not it then the kit is faulty. If your kit is still under warranty I suggest you get it replaced.

PARROT SUX BIG TIME. MKi 9200 NOT WORKED PROPERLY SINCE NEW 12 MONTHS AGO. MANY SOFTWARE UPDATES THAT DO NOT FIX A THING.
LATEST 1.71 DOES NOT SUPPORT CHARGING SUDDENLY ON A 3GS
BAD BAD BAD PARROT. SUGGEST TO ANYONE TO N O T B U Y ANY OF THESE PRODUCTS.
