ipod YES, iPhone NO NO NO...
I purchased this kit for my own car only because I thought i'd charge and use a non BT profile for the iPhone...alas not to be.
Always something with high end gear..
All works fine though, no bugs detected yet. Also firmware update available.

Cool oled display

I have already bought and installed the Parrot Mki 9200 and it does charge and totally recognizes the iPhone.

well that is very strange. Mine once connected (iPhone) says " device will not charge iPhone" or something to that effect.
iPod however will charge.
Do you have Handsfree through your connector or via BT ?

Handsfree via BT.
Which iphone u have and what update r u running on it?

3g version, 16G, (model MB496X) Version 2.2.1(5H11)

Ok what exactly happens is that when the phone is paired by BT the carkit WILL charge but when it is not paired , no charging and 'not supported device' msg on screen.

I was hoping the iphone would have used the handsfree profile via the connector instead of BT.
Nice piece of gear though the i9200.

You need to post a video showing the unit in action, how does it sound the names or voice tags for example.
