dumb. he drove over some trash. A better set up would be to go find some rednecks, at least there would be some gunfire or drinking, shouting and possibly a child birth.

@aroundtheworls It's not fake. Just check the guy that drives by at 1:18. It's like he's thinking, "WTF"! Anyhow, I've seen much weirder things happen on the roads in my nine years in China. The PRC may not be harmonious, but it sure is bizarre.

Fake... Obvious random static in the beginning but actual pic is clear. Meaningless text in English at the bottom corner. Camera is taking a pic of.... a wall. Camera's position just so happened to be the perfect spot to capture everything about this interaction. There is space behind the car on the right side, so driver could have reversed and let other car pass. And why would someone be watching this footage- if it was a real security camera no one would be paying attention to cars passing.
