Well, isn't that strange? For a toy action to be canceled in design, yet still have the mechanism for it? Normally, I'd expect none of the parts involved in the action to be in the final design, it must be really late during production for them to keep those parts in the mace. Plus the fear that someone may swallow this is borderline braindead, it's way to large to fit down the throat, plus no kid is gonna EAT something like that

everything you say is true up until the part about kids swallowing it remember there are kids that have mental problems and i'm sorry if this offends anyone have a brother that has mental problems but since they don't know like we do that its not safe to put something like that in there mouths they probably will just do it anyway and another thing they dont have to put the ball piece in they can put the chain/handle piece n still choke
