Oh, wait... it's only slow when you turn it up to 720p or 1080p. That's too bad :(

I think diache means that the whole video is literally in slow-motion. I don't know about you but, I'm having the same problem. Never had this before so I'm not sure if it's my system (it shouldn't be, it is by no means a slow computer).

@diache93 To anyone who is experiencing problems viewing the video in real-time with smooth playback, change your resolution setting to 360p at the bottom right of the player box. Unfortunately this is so big a file that YouTube can't show it in HD right now :/
