- Day 1 pre-flush
- Protein drink every 2 hours from 8AM - 4PM
-Drink 12 oz of water 1 hour after each protein drink.
- 6 PM ~ Raw Veggie Salad 1ith 1 Tnsp of extra Virgin Olive Oil and lemon Juice.
- Ok, I cheated. I had a Chicken Salad from Applebee's and it was delish. With a glass of water with a slice of lemon.
It was pretty easy. You will have a ongong relationship with the restroom all day . I think that I was going 2x an hour. YES! for real.
