MassTR - Serious? It's a battle of guitar playing between the two. They are doing it on purpose and having fun while doing so, not to mention it's one of the main reasons I love this video, besides the awesome music and two legendary artists.

It loses the blues part when it is sped up, I agree. Also, the drummer is not playing the shuffle rhythm. It also loses the minor key when sped up.
