USSR "MARINA ANTHEM" Translation

So. I've seen the Buffalaxed videos, and I think they're genious... however. I. Took a swing at it myself. Apparently it takes roughly three hours to "translate" and write the subtitles. It's hard, and you know what? I've a new found respect for bastardizing other languages.

Congrats, you did a great job matching up phonetically. Most buffalaxed videos have parts where they don't sound like what's being said, but this matches up really good. Pretty funny.

@MVillani1985 Wow. This reply is about a year late now... I just wanted to say thank you for the compliment. I try to match things up, and if it's within my power, make the song make sense in any way I can.

What I like about Buffalax is that he's got an excellent sense of humor. His cover translation of "Moscow" for the performance of the Disco Musical "Djenghis Khan" was genius.

Languages such as Russian, and German seem to be a specialty, though his cover of the Indian Thriller was good.

@1970vlad You know what? I could try... no promises though. I had to basically learn this song by heart (that is, I was able to sing it...) to break it down phonetically. It takes about 3 -4 hours to produce something that is even remotely close to matching English words phonetically. I will find a good (?) version of their anthem, and see what I can do.
