Pokemon Heart Gold: Shiny Cyndaquil in under 200 SR's

Duckie also causes trouble, as he appears in this film.

Now, let's get to the point. It took 150-200 SR's in total for this Cyndaquil to appear and its nature is Bashful (neutral nature, teribble nature, especially with the low IV's it has)....

As you could see, the other starters didn't appear shiny, nor did the Pidgey we encountered, confiriming that we did not use a cheating device to get this.

Here are its rather crap IV's:
HP: 9-10
Attack: 2-3
Defence: 12
Sp.Attack: 10-11
Sp. Defence: 28
Speed: 12-13

Awful, awful IV's really. Its Attack is awful, its Sp. Attack and Speed aren't good and its Sp. Defence is just ridiculous. These IV's are just too low.
