@JewelryByChellie You can make any of your own videos a "response video" to anyones videos including on one of your own! The person or you need to make sure that you have "video responses" set to "accept." Or, put a link in the description box and tell the person in a comment that it is there.
You probably already know all of this and maybe I missunderstood your comment:)
