"Time of the Season" by The Zombies, originally featured on their 1968 album "Odyssey and Oracle." Written by keyboardist Rod Argent with lead vocals masterfully handled by Colin Blunstone. Originally recorded at Abbey Road Studios in August 1967 and eventually released as a single in 1969 over a year after the band split up. This performance proved that many performers improve with age. Check out Colin's voice! Amazing! I clearly remember this song on the radio when I was a 12-year-old proto-hippie. Hearing it live for the first time brought tears to my eyes and joy to my heart.

  • I think this is the line up I saw at Cox's Yard, Stratford-upon-Avon with Colin Blunstone and Rod Argent, last year. They were excellent! Does anybody know if the rest of the band are from the original Zombies?

I think it is great that they have decided to carry on rocking!

  • I believe the bassist is one of the original band mates.

  • Give the guy a break! He IS doing great for his age!
