  • Listen, no offensive intended but Joe never saw a foam roller in his life or used dumb bells. Port de bras is of course part of dancing but not with hand weights, so that's why is made the statement.

  • @owbyken understand what you are saying but the exercises follow all Pilates movement principles and are taught by certified Pilates instructors- maybe he did not use a foam roller specifically but that is kind of splitting hairs so I guess you could say it is modified if you want to be exactly technically correct in the terminology. :) But to say they have nothing to do with either is a stretch. No offense taken or intended.
