Wow where do I began. It was really hard trying to go to the restroom you have to un-clip all of the clips they have down there. I'm a working mother of 3 so while working in a fast paced industry you don't have time to un-clip and re-clip every time you have to take a tinkle. The person who sold it to me told me it would support my back it did no such thing in fact it added so much more pain. It does not help you loose weight at all. I just wish the people who are selling you these......

expensive garments would tell you the pros and cons. I just ended up running 30 minutes a day and order a corset which has gotten me waaaaaaaay more results than the "body magic" please if you don't already have it don't waste your money
