i would really really like it if you guys could make an instructional video on how to properly hold the pads as its incredibly hard to just pick em up and start

moving 2 sydney in october, will be making a 5/6 week trip 2 chiang mai first for training and hopefully fighting. lookin 4ward to training with u guys!!! :)

soudesne lol i dont know how long these guys been training but buakaw been training 15 odd years, probably more, and had countless fight, experience gets you where buakaw is now, but these guys r good, they qwill get there, no doubt.

Nick has been teaching 20 years. Quite a few of his guys have been world champs and ozzie champs.
