The Next Jewish Temple in Jerusalem - 2009

There have been two previous Jewish Temples. The first was Solomon's Temple which was destroyed by the Babylonians in 586 BC. The Second Temple was completed in 516 BC and rebuilt by King Herod at about the time of Christ's First Coming. The next and Third Temple will be built sometime before the Great Tribulation.

I am well sure that no Catholic will be accepting some man appearing in Jerusalem and claiming his is the historical Jesus back from the dead , or never died, which is what the Muslims claim. That may be what the false Orthodox Jews will accept to have their Rule over Jerusalem as part of a New Age Caliphate with Islam, but that man is not our Lord, The Catholic Church will not accept some "Jesus" who comes along or does miracles, etc. We know that the Holy Ghost must rule until End of World.

Rev. 21:22 no final real temple,  what ever is built by Jews and Muslims in a final age Caliphate under their own "peace" and whatever Jesus or Yeshua, is not the historical Jesus, but a modern man who is the AntiChrist, someone the Jews and the Muslims will call "Jesus" and attempt to confuse the Church. Thus, there is by God no final Temple ordered by God, it is a RUSE, a false project and a false man calling himself, by the common Hebrew name of Yeshua or Jesus. BEWARE !!!

The third temple is in heaven. In fact, God and Jesus ARE the temple and Christians are the buildings and the walls of the city of New Jerusalem.

@richardperry2 2 Thes 2 referring to son(s) of perdition who exalt themselves over all that is God and they sit in the temple as if they follow God (religious leaders of that time) verse 5 refers to 1 Thes 2 14-16 which reads the ones who killed the prophets and killed Jesus and persecute us... these are the sons of perdition in the first century not now.... here is the wisdom "where His Spirit is is where the Temple is" where is the Holy Spirit? if you find Him you have found the third temple
