Air Force Academy

In this episode of Cheap Family Travel Tips (http://www.cheapfamilytraveltips.com), we traveled to the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado. We visited the Air Force Academy Visitors Center and Gift Shop, several fighter planes on display, and the Air Force Academy campus, but the highlight of our visit was the Air Force Academy Cadet Chapel, with its amazing stained glass windows and views of the Colorado Rockies. The academy is one of the premier military colleges in Co. Air Force athletics are among the best of all the military academies, and the campus is filled with athletic fields, including Falcon Stadium, where the Falcons take on some of the best colleges in football. The cadets were arriving on campus when we visited, and we felt fortunate and proud to welcome these young men and women as they began their training at the US military academy.
