The decision is about the 1978 accusations made against Boren and his denials. It confirms that Boren has the same history -- of holding a press conference to deny being homosexual -- as reported by Signorile for "the Legislator."

Here are some examples:

1. Stroud has two degrees from OU; his highest degree is a master's in education; from the library catalogue I determined that there is no master's thesis from Stroud;

2. after graduation he was not able to find a professional job and was working as a waiter, until he contacted a friend in the OU housing department and got a job there;

3. later he began to work on his master's degree;

4. as an undergraduate he was once called up for disciplinary action;

5. according to Stroud, Boren puts his arm around him;

6. Stroud says, "Boren is fond of saying that no student could do anything worse than I did as a student."

7. Sooner magazine says that Stroud was an "undergraduate scalawag."

How did someone with an undergraduate record as bad as Stroud's get to be a vice-president?

Go figure.

FOR THE RECORD

I have not concluded that Clarke Stroud is queer. I believe that W. Scott Thompson is credible and that his publication describing Boren as homosexual is credible. Further, the evidence in Signorile's book demonstrates that David Boren is the unnamed U.S. Senator described in Queer in America. The former Boren staff member reporting that "the Legislator" chooses young men for staff members because they are sexually appealing to him was telling the truth about David Boren.

Both Boren and Stroud are prominent public officials in Oklahoma, and by denouncing them I am exercising a lawful right.

Stroud is not qualified to be a university vice-president. The evidence compels the conclusion that Boren chose him for this office because he was sexually attracted to him.

OTHER PECULIAR OU "VICE PRESIDENTS"

In November 2007, wife-beater JP Audas, an OU "vice president" and Boren crony, was welcomed back to OU with a reduction in annual salary to $184,000. In December he pled "no contest" to the criminal charge, was convicted, and given the lenient penalty of a $100 fine and five-month deferred sentence, with no jail time.
