Here is another ab workout to add to your routine. This is a great one and is done standing up to give you a break from the floor. By punching across your body you work your line of oblique muscles to give you that desired thin waste and sexy flat stomach. Stay motivated and keep working hard........summer's coming!!!   • I'm 36 , 50 lbs overweight & i smoke :( i'm working on both of these issues:) but i don't last very long during this workout before my body starts trembling...i last about 3 mins with this w/o & then i lift weights for my arms....is this a good start? will i still see progress??

  • @woozey513 Hi, yes it is a good start. You will definitely progress to being able to add more time. You just have to let your body get used this new challenge. It will respond and make you proud, you will see, just stick with it!

  • @129LIZZY Hi, about 2-3 minutes, you certainly do it longer if you like. I love to do it after I have done my floor ab workout because it helps stretch out my ab muscles as well as tone them.
