well i don't think that warrick lives but if he does then that would kind of be like csi:miami because in the premire you think that horatio dies but it was just fake and he faked his death to get some gang member so that would be a copy cat so i do'nt think warrick is alive... i wish he was but i kno he isn't

no warrick is dead...the word "loss" usually means the person is dead.

Isn't Grissom the one to find him ???
Cause in the promo we see Gris running to the car and no one is around the car and he is the one trying to save Warrick in the promo and Catherine is standing beside him ... there is no sign of Nick .

Gary didnt get fired his contract run out n him n the bosses couldnt come up with any terms they all agreed on so he quit and asked them to write him out of the show ,, shortly afterwards he woz done for drug abuse ..
