also is there any hope of saving any of these cars? i mean i seen some nice Crown Victorias and a nice High mileage Lincoln Town car, i would assume its a Checker Limo, unless a car has major damage, are any allowed to be sold and titled for the road again? i always wondered this, or do all have a scrap/part car title now?

Well you can buy a car from there but you have to catch it when it comes in, normaly after about a week the title will be switched over to scrap. so all the cars that are in the row can not be sold, even tho there are some pretty decent ones, its a shame really
