There is one other situation that I see all the time, and unfortunately it's that people aren't getting the proper care from the doctors that they need. You know there are great doctors out there, but there are some not so great doctors -- just like there are some not so great lawyers. And we often see doctors that are in this not so great category doing things like not paying attention to the patient when they're in their office, not spending enough time with the patient when they're in their office, and when they do that, they don't get a real sense of what the car crash injury or other accident injury is. They think, "Oh, you've got a whiplash. You ought to be better in two months." Well, what if you're not? What if you've had a prior injury? What if your spine's not perfect? What if you sit at a desk all day and you use a computer and you've got neck problems before the crash? We have a really good sense of which doctors listen to their patients and provide really good care, and we're often able to suggest a different doctor to our clients so they actually start getting the treatment that they need and they get better.
