99 Construction guide using teak planks!

##READ DESCRIPTION##
This is my first guide for a 99, and first video in general, i hope you enjoy and criticism and suggestions is much welcomed.

so the basic overview of the guide is:

PROS
-fast and efficent, provides a ton of experience
-depending on when the planks are bought, can be cheaper tan oak dining tables
- the general price for teleporting to your house works out to be cheaper than using a butler, so its cheaper to transport the logs
- teak tables require less planks than oak, making it so more can be made in a single trip.
-a familiar can be used in this strategy making it so more planks can be made in a single trip. Because of the ratio of time/ tables made, this rivals the speed of the butler, but does not beat it.
-money doesn't need to be carried around, saving space for teak planks

CONS
-the speed of the butler is faster, though like i said before because of the mass amounts of wood you can bring in this strategy, this is close
-lots of clicking an teleporting, no room for slacking really.
-familiars must be bought
-the teak planks can only be bought for a good deal every so often, as mentioned in the video
