階段を使って
①つま先の上に膝を固定する
②前足へ重心を少しずつ乗せていく
③膝が前向きでぐらぐらしないように気をつけながら、後ろ足が自然に床から離れるのを待つ
④膝を後ろに引かないようにしながら、膝の上に腰を乗せる

床で片脚スクワットをするバージョンもアップしています。
