I worked there in the mid 90s, I saw some strange things... nothing scary, just a few odd occurrences.

I Live And Work In Retail In Santa Paula And We Hear A LOT Of Comments About This Place. But This Place Is Beautiful So It Doesn't Matter. But One Story That A Man Named Calvin Got Murdered There And Two Little Girls Jumper Out The 3rd Story Windows. Also A Former Worker Came In And Said A Customer Of Hers Came Down And Said "Wheres The Theater?" Claiming He Saw Two Women In White 1800's Theater Costumes. Overall Beautiful Place For Both The Living And The Dead.
