Although Vikings were monsters, and an unstoppable soldiers. I like the Samurai's better. They are cooler weapons and mad fighting skills. No shame on Vikings though. They were demons of Europe after all.

I find it funny you credit Bruce Lee with creating the Asian influence. His martial art was partially inspired by and drew extensively from european fencing and boxing techniques, and discarded a large portion of traditional eastern martial arts techniques. In his own words, "Keep what is useful, and discard what is useless." And he saw many of EMA techniques as useless fluff and flash. Jeet Kun Do is neither eastern, nor western, but a combination of both.

As for "they eat fat fish instead of rice", that is just a dumb comment. Fish was the saple diet of the Norse, AND it was the staple diet of the Japanese. The Norse ate bread with their fish, the Japanese ate rice with their fish. The Norse also had red meat and fowl in their diet, but it is very questionable if diet is a big factor when explaining height differences between two ethnicities.
