I'm sorry that mine writing wasn't to clear for you. My native tongue is Dutch so therefoe my thinking is also Dutch, which then I try to put it into English the best way I can. In this case it's obvious that my translation got somehow lost as far as I was talking about AMWAY being a private held company. Nevertheless, in no way did I say that it's a debt free company, which also has been stated by AMWAY officials.

Btw..Debt isn't always a bad thing either, there are sometimes very sound business reasons for companies to use properly managed debt instead of cash reserves.

AMWAY is a private held company, therefor not to be found on the stockmarket. As a matter of fact this company is financially so healty that it doesn't need anybody elses money to grow or set up new projects.
