I just came across your videos (and subscribed immediately, yesterday) and blog and just YOU all together and I am very impressed and extremely motivated. I had my daughter almost 4 years ago and NEVER got around to losing the extra weight =( . Ever since i've just been down and upset and never got around to doing anything about it. Nothing seemed to motivate me enough to stick to it and actually shed off the extra weight. I just started a "biggest loser" competition at work... #POPSTERPRESENTS

Om-gosh! You are simply amazing, girlie. (: So energetic and pumped in each vid. It really gets me motivated. :) You vids helped me lose 27lbs in 3 months along with clean eating and actually eating more than one meal a day. :\ Bad habits.. they are a horrible thing to let happen. BUT I'm 122lbs now and that six pack is slowly coming in. (: Keep up with the awesome blog and vids. We all love you and think you are amazing. <3
