No, I'm afraid YOU are the one that needs educating. I've done MUCH research on the topic of Spaying and Nuetering...the good and the bad effects, and of the alternatives. Some of the alternatives are almost as dangerous to an animals health, hence why I did not list them.

THANK YOU!
Why is altering the only action the public should embrace? You can't get any more positive than Vasectomy and Tubal ligation, which has NO side-effects, and is much less expensive for the vet to perform (even takes far less anesthesia).

You have a great deal of educating to do.

Did you know fixing your pet can also cause harmful side-effects such as Intervertebral disk disease, Cardiovascular disease, Hypothyroidism, Cerebellar Cortical Abiotrophy, and Vaginal perivulvar dermatitis? Most animal rights activists won't tell you THAT.

Although all of this may be true, in light of the alternative, to save lives of animals on a large scale, s/n is the only positive action that the public
should embrace.

Spaying and neutering are not the only things keeping pets from producing or siring litters. There's also much safer, less expensive alternatives such as tubal ligation and vasectomy, and 'chemical sterilization', and a little thing called "Properly supervising your pets".
