Look at the date of post, Zyph. At the time, most of these weren't released, but the animations were in the .dats.

Notice how nowhere else in AltanaViewer you can view Enemy TP Skills. The author of AV put all the Enemy TP Skills in the "Blue Magic" category, not just the ones Blue Mages can use, just for easy finding.
These aren't hidden. If you want hidden, you should focus on "San" versions of the Ninja buffs and enfeebles.

as long as it's a different element, and a different beast type, we have a use for it, though i agree, too many sleep spells is a little redundant
