  • hey Patrick, i would like you to make a video that shows how to get the derivative of abosolute value of x.

  • so if we wudve canceled the x's in the end...would the derivative have been just tan^-1(x) ? since we got 1/(1+x^2)....thats is the derivative of tan^-1(x) right?

  • Could you not cancel out x and mod(x) to leave mod(1/(1+x^2)) ?

  • third line down you said under the square root that the power 1/2 times the power 2 just makes nothing. whats up with that?
