The albums overall feel is more overtly political than any other record Fugazi has released. This is most evident on "Dear Justice Letter" which was inspired by the loss of Supreme Court liberal stalwart William J. Brennan. Ian had also dedicated "KYEO" to Rodney King during the 'Steady Diet' tour.
I kinda like it when they get cryptic... well I've never been a huge fan of political lyrics.

My only complaint ever about Fugazi, was how esoteric some of their lyrics could be...especially Guy.
If I had to take a guess, I'd say he's just using it as an ironic exclamation. But who knows besides Guy?

Is this about the judge during the Reagan administration?
If so, why does he keep saying, 'Ooh baby'? That makes it sound like a love song....
