finished? When did the Holy Spirit depart the world? The day the Holy Spirit departs the world is when miracles from God stops in this world. Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever. He has not changed and will not change. What is changed here is unfaithful and doubtful Christians, not Jesus. I have seen miracles in my life, not the lives of others. I believe in the Holy Spirit, and the Holy Spirit has not departed the world. Stop testing the Holy Spirit.

It is a shame unto any person who confesses Jesus Christ as their Savior to need an athiest like James Randy to expose that these claimed christian healers are all con artists in order to help people deal with reality. Unfortunately because of the suffering and desperation of millions upon millions of people in every religion, even the most educated person who is very ill will even take a chance to visit these con artist fake healers because of the depression and pain they are feeling.

No one wants to be sick or see their loved ones sick and suffering. Everyone wants to be healed and believe the miracles done in Biblical times by Jesus and through the 12 Apostles are still here with us today, but the fact is they are not. Once the Bible was finished, the special miracles and gifts that happened in the time of Jesus' also were finished. Con men always look for those who are suffering in order to take advantage of them.

All those who trust in the True Christ for salvation from their sins by faith are to look to Him for our eternal healing, our eternal salvation, not to expect to escape physical earthly death or suffering or disease. We are to pray but the main outcome of prayer is spiritual communion with the Lord and comfort in our spirit, not earthly healing of all our diseases. Our bodies now can only be partly restored over time through nutrition, exercise, etc. but we are still slowly all dying daily.

The miracles and gifts in the time of Jesus and the apostles were special miracles to fulfil specific old testament prophecies and to be a sign to the coming of Jesus. They were to be a metaphor to the healing of our sinful nature and eternal salvation we can have by trusting in the atonement of Jesus on the Cross who died for our sins. The real miracle all the miracles in Biblical times were to point to was the miracle of salvation offered to those who come to Christ by faith.
