The "final boss" of GUILT: Savato.
No...this isn't the final mission. I say "final boss" because it is the last strain you operate on. LOL

It is a bit more epic on the Wii when Judgment Day/Savato plays when Savato appears. Just my opinion.

Savato operations are divided into 2 phases. On the first phase, you have to scalpel all of the webs 4 times. I already knew what to do, but I wanted Savato to go "flash step" on the laser. LOL If the web glows red, it will decrease Vitals by a huge amount. Also, when it makes a thread, Minivatos will come out, and may form a Mini Savato to cut Vitals in half. If more than 2 (I think) are formed, say bye to S Rank.

For phase 2, if there are any Minivatos, it will grow "stronger". You have to laser, laser, laser, laser to weak the coat. Be careful not to overdo it, as it is dangerous to run out and it spawns Minivatos when it does a laceration. After coat is gone, you have to stab it the scalpel, and rinse, lather, repeat. Damage it 3 time, and then inject the black serum. Wait for the [auto] Healing Touch to kick in, spam suture for points (for S Rank), and then [acutally] use the Healing Touch to freeze Savato for the killing blow with the serum.

Thus, how the whole "Healing Touch on final boss" came to be on future Trauma Center games. :3

Blackwell is saved!

Trivia: Before you inject the serum for the last time, Look at the lower left of his heart, after Savato is defeated, keep looking, a chuck of Blackwell's heart is missing.
