@melikepizzapie This is the backlight, which is displayed through the LCD but controlled by the motherboard. Either of these can be at fault.

Does your device have any history - such a water damage, major drops, previous repairs, etc?

Can you buy a replacement LCD from an iPod Touch 4G and use it on your 3G? Is it compatible?

my lcd wont work now at 220 on the VD it shows a small plast i think i broke that
