Pendatchanska is awesome...too bad we never get to hear her here. Imagine, this is the kind of singing one used to hear at NYCO not that long ago...now, they're pretty much defunct.

Gee, when and where was this performance?
Haven't got anything of these two singers on DVD or CD together, but their chemistry seems to be really good.
Mr. Banks' voice isn't that 'graceful', but it is more dramatic than, say, Florez's.
Ms. Pendatchanska is a real dramatic coloratura. Never mind Netrebko. She is not such genre.
