Many of these scam artists dont care what happens because they know investigations take time and meanwhile they keep scaming more people. They can very well tie up the money so the courts cant find it.

DO NOT trust ANY body that promises to STOP foreclosure. There is NO way to stop foreclosure unless you repay the loan by either selling your home or refinancing.
