My idea about how the galaxy met its end is that humans fled to Kobol in our galaxy and then the infants were jettisoned to twelve planets of this galaxy. The galaxy itself was left to ruin by a time traveler named Jar Jar Binks.

@HardcoreFlea Whenever I thought about the mashup you were thinkging of, I couldn't help thinking about Indiana Jones as well. Everyone knows about Indy's relationship with Star Wars, but Indiana Jones and Star Trek are made by the same studio, Paramount. In addition, the mashup would be about down-to-earth fearless explorers in an ancient fairy tale civilization (I love the Star Trek Reboot as well as the Star War video games)
