WOW. This song isn't even about apartheid - it is about rugby. And people should really research the facts before they start judging others. Apartheid means "seperateness" & it was put in place after the British invaded SA & started killing our women & children. Apartheid was about self preservation - had nothing to do with opression. All nations & cultures practice apartheid, we just made the mistake of giving it a name. We love this song becoz it makes us feel proud & united. Get off our backs

@nvj1987 I think that you should research the facts more then we do. If everyone was practising apartheid why did the blacks needed passes to get into the city's and whites not. Why did a white man make ten times the money a black man made and why did blacks get punished harder for the same crimes compared with the whites. And why was the official language afrikaans and not zulu or xhosa or all the other languages. And why was everyone in the government white.
