hey guys im in my 20s and new to this area i havnt had a good start to it i get so fustrated at chefs and people in the fucking hospitality industy in any for that matter, taking advantage of young women, when we are genrally trying to get money or do something fucking chefs

@yandrsupreme Yes, because "decorations" are for Christmas trees, garnishes are used by crappy cafés and restaurants. They are wasteful. When you make proper gourmet food like Marco, the food itself is the "decoration," there is no "garnish for presentation," the whole dish is a presentation... you don't need a bit of leaf next to a sandwich to make it more appealing, a sandwich is a sandwich for god's sake, lolololol

@therealmcnulty What? I was saying Linda was RIGHT to decorate the plate, It was a garnish, I was wondering why CHEF had a problem with her decorative presentation.

I think she is very down-to-earth lady. ... Not bad for a lady who is almost 70! to complete with a group of much younger people. ... And I think she can cope with Marco's style! ... Thanks a million LBColby for these wonderful clips of Linda.
