A friend of mine was recently stopped in the street by a TV show here in Osaka. They talked to him about a few things and something they spoke about was Osakan food. Here is the clip that made it to TV!

it is really hot in temperature and is savoury in taste. They are made with flour, fish stock, egg and have ginger, octopus, fried batter, leek and other things in them!

i think neba neba means bouncy, so the tako(octopus) is bouncy in his mouth when he chew it
