This is Week 2 of the program. To get stronger, you have a simple circuit workout. Perform the following:

Stair Jump (15)
Pushup knee (5)
1 Minute Break
Superman (10)
Plank (25 Seconds)
1 Minute Break
Burpees (10)

  • Yes! That's totally fine. Do whatever you're able to do, but push yourself to the next step. You'll want to do 2 steps in 4 weeks.

    Give it a try! Let me know if you have any problems. The workout shouldn't take too long ... about 20-30mins.
