I though that the court ruled that the kids have their own account for their income from the show, not that Kate set it up willingly.

I think the clip of her shooing the camera away was amusing, it was to prevent Jon from knowing about his surprise b-day. Not for privacy !

I never used to like Kate, but I'm starting to realize that she isn't a bad person. She is just a mother who loves her children, but what would you prefer her to be on welfare? At least she's sort of working and made a career from this

and when the interviewer asked her do you ever tell the cameras to stop filming the kids,they showed an example,I know that episode,it was for Jons 30th suprise party and the only reason why kate kicked the cameras out is because Jon didnt know that they were there and he was going to be home soon.she is just so full of shit

Its so funny how she constantly tries to get people to feel sorry for her.She always saids she doesnt regret reavealing her familys lives especcialy her childrens.and the first interview,she said when her friends end up in magazines that she loses them,well obviously,they end their friendship with her because they dont want to be revealed.She is giving out to much private things and shes just a bad mother.She wants everyone to feel sorry for her,and its not going to happen.
